The extension does not collect any data, does not access your browsing activity, and works completely offline. All tools run locally in your browser.1) What this extension doesWindows Troubleshoot Pro provides quick access to Windows CMD, PowerShell, and Run commands for system troubleshooting. It also includes an Xcopy command generator to help users build file copy commands. All features run entirely in your browser with no external connections.2) Data we collectWe do not collect any personal data. The extension does not collect, transmit, or store:- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identifiers
- Passwords or authentication information
- Financial, health, location, or browsing history data
- Commands you copy or generate
- System information or diagnostics
- Any user activity or tracking data3) Commands and toolsAll commands displayed in the extension are static content packaged with the extension. When you copy a command to your clipboard, it happens locally in your browser. We do not track which commands you use or copy. The Xcopy generator builds commands entirely in your browser without sending any data to external servers.4) PermissionsThe extension does not request any Chrome permissions. It does not:- Access your tabs or browsing history
- Store any data using chrome.storage
- Make network requests or communicate with external servers
- Access your system or run commands automaticallyThe extension only provides information and generates commands. You choose which commands to run on your system.5) Settings and preferencesThe extension does not save any settings or preferences. Each time you open the extension, it starts fresh. Your command selections and Xcopy configurations are not stored.6) Third-party servicesThe extension does not integrate third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) and does not send usage events or telemetry to any third parties.Note: The Chrome Web Store may show aggregate installation and usage metrics to the developer in the Chrome Web Store dashboard. This store-side reporting is provided by Google and is separate from the extension's behavior.7) Remote codeWindows Troubleshoot Pro does not load remote JavaScript or external code. All commands and tools are packaged locally with the extension. The extension works completely offline.8) Data sharing, selling, and transfersWe do not sell user data. We do not transfer user data to third parties. Since the extension does not collect any personal data, there is no data to share or sell.9) SecurityThe extension only provides information and command suggestions. We do not execute commands on your system. You remain in full control of which commands you choose to run. As with any system commands, exercise caution and understand what a command does before running it.10) Children's privacyThe extension is not designed to collect data from anyone, including children.
